Hi,

Has anyone heard of problems with the demister on V40's. Mine makes all the right noises but next to nothing comes out the windscreen vents. All other settings seem to work okay so blower is actually working.

Have had filter cleaned and replaced and thermostat changed so wondering what else to try ???

Any help appreciated.

I know you say you have changed the Air Filter.
Do you mmean the Cabin / Pollen filter which is accessed from inside the cabin above the passengers feet ( if Right Hand Drive )
Incidentally, my V40's windscreen demisting has never been up to much.
