original owner. great car.
heres the question?
i get high speed only on the heater/ac fan switch. positions 1 and 2 don't work vey well.
also the battery (1 year old) is being lazy.
any connection to the two problems?

if not i'll give the battery a trickle charge.(its been cold this winter)
is the switch for the fan easy to replace. can i test it?

Tommyp35, welcome to the forum. The battery and the switch are not related. I would actually 'test' the battery to see if you have a bad cell. Not sure where you are located, but most automotive retail centers can check for free. When you say the 1 & 2 don't work well, what does that mean? Can you give us a little more here?

when I said the 1&2 I am referring to the low(1), medium(2) and high(3) speeds on the fan switch. only the high position works well. the low & medium positions sound like they lack power.so i thought maybe it could be a resistor or something electrical.
