Need information linking mismatched tire or wheel size on XC70 to failure of transfer case. Purchased new tires from local Goodyear dealer and they mounted two different tire sizes front to back. In 38 miles the transfer case / gears failed. Dealer is denying any link between the mismatched tires and the failure. I am looking for "proof" that can be used in a small claims court. Any suggestions?

wow is that a volvo dealership that told u it was ok? or the tire place? ill do my best but im not sure there is one.... thats supposed to be common sense.
