Default oil leak v70 CC

I changed my spark plugs and noticed there was oil puddles on top of the head. Could this be a PVC problem?

Could be spillage around the oil fill cap. Also, on my 1999 V70 XC oil was leaking from an electrical device on the on the left rear corner of the engine. It was the gasket. I'm not sure of the purpose of the device, but the gasket leaked oil into my spark plug area. The device is under the timing belt cover.
