Knob is turned to on position, but headlights do not come on until knob is pushed in, and turns off when pressure on knob is removed. Also noticed that the same light on the dashboard that turns on when the caution lights are turned on also turn on when the headlights are on, but also immediately turn off when headlights are off. What could this be, and is it something I could fix myself? Is it expensive? )-;
