Will the mortgage go again, is it a good time to go car shopping too?

I've owned my home for about a year now, and with rates falling, my parents and I (they signed a contract and helped a lot with the down payment, because California) will most likely refinance the loan we have (no more than $ 300K). At the same time, I've been in my Corolla XRS for 11 years now, and it's time to get something new and something more enthusiastic than a silver device. I might also consider renting, as I can write this off as part of my job, but now I drive a lot more. I've also considered using it, but I'm very particular about what I want. TIA.

Why do you need a mortgage to buy a car? There are many credit companies where you can take out a loan.

I also take out loans when the need arises. Speaking of cars... Recently, I also changed my car, mine was quite old. I had saved up a little money by then, but it turned out that if I gave all my money to buy a car.I wouldn't have anything to live on until my paycheck. This is where loans came to my aid. I decided to take out a payday loan and left a request here https://paydayinusa.com/states/payday-loans-in-alaska on a loan. Thanks to this money, I was able to sort it out. Now I have a brand new Ford, and I wish you as soon as possible to buy the car you want.

This is a good option.
