V40 throttle position sensor

Hi all.

I'm new to the forum and had a question. I have a V40 2001. I recently got a tune up done (spark plugs, wires and AIC and throttle cleaned) and I've noticed the idle occasionally jumps high for no reason and want's to accelerate at random times. It also eats gas a lot quicker and has occasional trouble starting. After doing some research and talking to a few people, it seems like the throbble position sensor was accidently knocked out of adjustment. Prior to the tune up, it didn't do any of these things. Does anyone have any other ideas, or what the throttle position sensor should be set at? thanks a lot. any comments are welcome.
