Drugs

I turned to the therapist. He explained to me that if chemical depression, then you need pills. If there is a reason, then you need to look for it and talk to a specialist. We decided to try the pills for now, nothing happened in my life like this. What then to take?

I also had this problem. I started by explaining my depressions and tears, but I was embarrassed that yesterday’s causes of tears and depression didn’t bother me at all today, but today I find completely different reasons and cry, I started taking Valium, and everything seemed to improve my contacts. More than two weeks already and I do not find the reasons. Well, okay, I'll find out with the doctor.

You said it seems that only two days you take pills. Wait a few more days, and if sleep still does not improve, then consult with your doctor. It seems to me that 2 days is not entirely indicative of a long-term drug.

My problem started back in college. I wasn't the best student, I had no friends, I missed my hometown very much and I was tormented by lack of money. This really worried me. I lived in stress, which in a few years will grow into chronic depression. A lot of pills, a lot of talk with the therapist and I began to enjoy life a little. I know that my problem isn't solved, at any moment depression can come back, but for the time being I really live and I know that I will be able to overcome the depression the second time. I recently found this article on the internet. I'm glad that now there is more information for students on how to cope with stress, how to relax properly.
