3 adults & 2 children how to book hotel room

Hi, I'm thinking of a holiday but am stuck with the accommodation part. Any advice on what accommodation I can book for 3 adults and 2 kids. The usual regulations state max of 2 adults and 2 kids per room. How do I bypass this without having to incure cost for a 2nd room because in that case the 1 child will have to pay adult rate as well. Will end up paying quite a lot more. Suggestions for holidays also welcomed

If you are a family of five, look for hotels with the word “suite” in the name. Think: Candlewood Suites, Country Inn and Suites, Embassy Suites, Sheraton Suites — the list goes on. At properties like these, you can often find standard hotel rooms that fit a family of five, usually with two double beds and a sofa bed

It depends of the age of the kids. In case your kids are around 5 years old then they definitely can sleep with you on a king size bed. Usually, in the hotel rooms there are sofa beds which are quite comfortable. I chose Westgate Resort for my last vacation which has myriad of options. We were 3 adults and one kid who is 6 years old. They provided us one spacious room with a king size bed and a sofa. The room had more than enough space with a huge bathroom and small kitchen. I really enjoyed the conditions provided by Westgate Resort. You can check online all the offers on westgateresorts.com.
