After having the new engine in and running like a clock for months it started to have drivabality problems. After spending hours checking, throttle switch, temp sensors, injectors, cold start injector, trigger points, I finally got down to the manifold pressure sensor. It failed both the vacuum test and the resistance test.

I have been looking endlessly for a new or rebuilt unit with no luck. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, rebuilt or NOS? Or is there another part number that will work that is available?

Well after two days I was hoping that someone would respond and give me a glimmer of hope in finding a replacement MPS. I am moving the old girl into storage tomorrow in hopes that some day I will find the unattainable and bring her back to life.

These parts are the same as 140E series engines and the 164E. You'll have a bit wider scope to research from.
