Hi, just replaced the throttle position sensor on my 1998 RH Drive FL12. No longer throwing a fault light etc, such as uncontrolled engine RPM, so that's a bonus to begin with. Not sure if it's to do with incorrect positioning of the pedal sensor or a reset is in order, but my Exhaust brake and Retarder no longer operate. The retarder warning light comes on when the switch is down and the temp is low, but goes out shortly after driving off.
Is it a reset or maybe the positioner location?
Drove it all day today and engine performance is fine.

Okay update,
Replaced throttle pedal assembly, micro switch on clutch, temperature sender, solenoid on cam, tested with a led light that it is electrical cutting in and out on wires to solenoid under rocker cover. Back to VEB solenoid it working as cuts in with park brake on, put 24v to VCB air solenoid next to VEB and it is clicking however it did not activate the actual exhaust brake, perhaps it not getting any air so where i am up to.
More update to come
