  1. Volvo Maintenance and Repairs
    5 degrees Fahrenheit. Turns over slow doesn't start. I jump it with another car... nothing...not even clicking. I leave it connected to other car for 15 mins .. nothing.. So since it's so cold out I heat up battery with heating pad for over an hour.. nothing... what I do hear after key is off...

    is it the alarm?...we put in a new battery.....thinking the battery had died and wasn't holding a charge....We turn the key ...lights dim..turn the key .....car doesn't start...no noise from the starter or anything.... one time...... it wouldn't start...i pressed all the buttons on the key...
