Hey guys i have a 2001 Volvo S40 and i did the timing belt on it and did replace the exhaust pulley, vvt sensor and the wiring harness for the coils. All the timing marks are correct. The crankshaft is in the middle of the marks the camshafts are correct and to double check that the cams are correct i looked at the rear and both have the notches horizontal. It will not start after checking eveything what should i do next? i am at a loss of what step i should take next please help.

After installing the new timing belt, did you rotate the crankshaft using a wrench/ratchet or by turning the ignition key??
