Hi guys, this one has me stumped. My V70 has an issue that I can't figure out... doing a cold start it starts right up, runs smooth for a couple seconds and dies, same on repeat starting, I can start and rev up to around 3500 rpm and it will try to stay running if you pump the throttle, but usually dies, as it warms up it will stay running if you hold it around 2500 rpm and as the temp gets close to normal it will idle but surges. after total warm up it will idle normal however throttle if I hold to the floor it will only rev to around 3500 and be real puttery in the exhaust. if I accelerate the pedal gently it will rev fine. I have no check engine light on and have never even seen it come on since I've owned the car, even with ignition on engine off. A scan revealed no codes stored. seem to have good fuel pressure. Car has 135K on it. any ideas?
