You should be able to install aftermarket seat bealts. I have not done this in your car but have others. You might try JCWhitney for some aftermarket seatbelts.
122 rear seat belts
Hello All,
I have a '61 122 sedan and I am looking to add seat belts to the back seat so that my kids can ride in it. My husband has not wanted to put in seat belts before because he wanted to keep the car more 'original', but the poor car never gets driven because we rarely go out with out the kids. I've been poking around the internet for info, but I haven't found anything specific yet, and was wondering if anyone out there had done this and had some pointers. We put re-tractable shoulder belts in the back seat of our '85 Westy recently, and it was fairly painless. I hope that this can be, too.
