I acquired a 1971 142e last fall and have been driving it here and there making a list of things in need of repair. At the top of the list is the heater,
at some point one of the previous owners had the heater disconnected. (capped off). Well I have removed the heater assembly(coil) and am in the process of rebuilding the unit. So far everything looks good, might have to replace the fan motor. From all the shop manuals that I have read I still am in the dark as to what is the correct way to hook up the hoses that supply and return the water supply. Anyone have a good link or a diagram that they can spare?
