164e, parts and safety

I am the owner of a 1975 164e. I am looking for parts, specifically the dash clock. Also, I was wondering if I need to worry about the safety of the seat belts. They are old and faded. Do I need to worry about their integrity? If so, can the webbing just be replaced? Any resource for parts and/or a mechanic in Oklahoma City or Nashville would be appreciated. Thank you for any help you can give.

I believe you can us a clock from a 75-80 240. Any "good" upholstery shop can redo your seat belt webbing. Also look at an older 240 sedan. they may fit
