I have just changed the pressure differential warning valve on my 1987 240 dl wagon due to leaking. A common problem I have been told. I ordered a new one from IPD and installed it . I am using a pressure bleeder and have found no leaks. I am not getting and fluid to the rear brakes. I am obviously missing something. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

If you're already bleeding the brakes, put a short hose from the bleeder into a suitable catch bottle, crack open a rear bleed screw and push the pedal. It should slowly go to the floor and hopefully, you find fluid in the bottle (maybe rusty). Releasing the pedal will suck up some air but nothing that won't be sorted in subsequent bleeding.

If there is rust/residue in the line to the back, you'll need a bit of pressure to release it.
