Hey Hector, are you sure you got a bulb within the right spec.'s for the application? I recall getting a bulb for my car once.... Didn't get the right one... it wouldn't light correctly either.

Keep me posted please

Make sure you have a decent ground and that the connections in the socket are clean and in good condition. This is often a problem with older Volvos.

Yes indeed, I was running this threw my mind off and on all day. Also just to be sure your covering everything I'd check your fuses. Theirs no harm in doing so. I have several performance gauges hooked up threw my fuse panel so its an quick easy thing to do.

Keep us posted please

Thank you BHart btw.

I replaced the light bulbs regardless of their condition.
Made sure that they are the ones recommended in the owner's manual.
Didn't work.
Went to the junk yard, bought the part for $5.00, installed the light bulbs and it works.
Thank you.
Hector.

too soon.

Changed the fuse: Didn't work.
Went to the junk yard, bought a central electrical unit for $25.00 usd.
Replaced the bulb failure relay and it worked.
