I have a volvo s40 diesel which has developed a brake problem.
When the car is running and driving, the brake pedal travels all the way to the floor. However, when the engine is off, it maintains a good brake pedal.
All pads have been replaced, front and back, and all brake lines have been bled.
We have found a blanked off vacuum pipe (pics attached) but there doesn't appear to be anywhere that it should be connected to.
Anyone any ideas PLEASE!!! My head is wrecked on this one!
