New to the forum....in fact first post. The tailgate on my 01 V70 will not stay up when opened. In fact I have a couple of bumps on my head to prove it. I understand possible I may need new lift cylinders. Can these be repaired or do they have to be replaced? Also if they have to be replaced is this something I can handle?
