Every morning i have to pull #27 fuse or my windows wont go down. Also i have to put my high beams on or my turn signals wont work! Any ideas out there?

#27 is a relay, have you tried replacing with a new one?

So are you saying that your windows work after you pull the fuse but not with a brand new fuse in position?
