2001 x70 geartronic problem

I had a new lower transmission mount installed-drove 5 miles & stopped---the car started up OK but couldn't get any gears. When the car cooled down I got gears but problem happened again as soon as the car warmed up. Gears were perfect until the mount was changed.
Any ideas re diagnosis??? [Shop says new tranny!!!]
