I need to replace the drivers side pre converter o2 sensor on my 2004 xc-90. I see the sensor is easy to get to. I cannot see the plug end. Is it easy to get to and how do I do it? Does everyone out there only buy the Bosch direct fit or will a five wire heated replacement sensor do just fine? Thanks for any info you can give!

Man, this isn't like working on all of the 240's I've loved so much! Still trying to find one of those in good shape for my 16 yr old daughter if you know of one - I'll travel to get it!

I would get a factory replacement as the universal ones have been known to cause problems on the Volvo.
