I have a 2005 S40 T5 with 86k miles. Over the past several months, upon cold start the car runs extremely rough as if it's about to stall for three to five seconds and then it idles, runs and drives perfectly thereafter for the remainder of the day. The car is not throwing any codes and I have replaced the spark plugs, run a high-quality fuel injetor cleaner through the system and had the dealership clean the throttle body (which seemed to help for a few days). I have taken it to Volvo of Dallas twice (Volvo of Dallas had it for a full week last time and said they started it several mornings without experiencing the issue, which I find hard to believe since the problem occurs about 75% of the time upon cold-start). Any ideas?
