2006 S40 T5 Front Wheel Bearing Replacement-Need step by step instructions

The front wheel bearings on my 2006 Volvo S40 T5 are shot. I have an estimate from the local Volvo dealer and it's sky high. I thinking of doing it myself. Anyone have step by step instructions or know where I can get some?
