Not for sure but that sounds like a faulty "Body Controll Modual" BCM. Like i said just a guess but that is usually the modual that controlls the door locks.
2007 V70 power lock problem
Volvo v70 2007 power door locks
Press unlock and all doors open except driver's door.
Press lock 2 times, then press unlock and all doors open.
This problems happens almost a on daily basis.
Volvo has cleaned and lubed connecting rods Also updated the computer.
Volvo advised unless in continually fails they cannot trouble shoot.
