2014 S60 T5 won't start after changing serpentine belt

I just replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner, got everything back together and now it won't start and is giving me p0606 on my obd2, the DSTC light comes on and my alarm won't set (panic button won't set it off either) but my doors will lock. I'm at 57k miles I take care of my car and this is my first issue. Any ideas?
