2014 volvo fh rad chang

Can anyone help I'm looking at replacing a volvo fh radiator I'm generally pretty good with mechanical stuff do a lot myself has any1 changed a volvo fh rad?
I'm told I'll need heavy lifting equipment as the front end needs to come off is this true?
When jacking cab over it looks like I could take it out from the top is this possible
