We Got it after having rinsed off antifreeze from water pump job the temperature dropped to 15deg. F. the next morning having removed alternator drying it out testing re insalling checking for fuek & spark proved O.K. Checking wires and connnections with no results. It went in tow to my Favorite Volvo Mechanic. He found the distributor jumped time on the timing belt; a Possible explanation is that the cogs on the timing belt filled with water then froze and when we initialy tried to start , the belt slipped in ice, around the distributor pulley or maybe another mysterious event took place. She will Drive again.
