Pete: I have a '93 940 T and have torn the climate control system apart a few times. The damper system is fully vacunm powered. The vacunm hoses attached to the back of the controller (in dash switches). Check that all hoses are good (no leaks) and then back trace to the dampers and see if any are stuck open. There is also foam inside the system (?) and can catch on the door so there may be a blockage? My bet is that it is a vacuum hose isn't hooked up or leaking?
