I own a 1995 940 (non turbo sedan), and there are currently no working brake lights. It is not the bulb, fuses, or the brake lights switch. I read somewhere that the next step would be replacing the bulb failure relay, but that seems pricey. Is there any step we can try before I order the relay? Or does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this issue? (I am worried the relay won't fix the issue as there are other malfunctioning electrical pieces.)

Here is some background info on what else doesn't work; I am unsure if it is related.

-horn does not work
-doors lock automatically when someone tries to open them from the outside driver's door.
-windows on the driver's side are also touch and go

Any ideas? I'd be grateful for any tips!
