disconnected the battery and then connected the battery and now the emergency light flasher is on and it does not turn the engine.

It was running fine. Volvo 850 1997 turbo. As anybody had the same problem?

Have a 97 850 T5. The battery has been dead and disconnected several times. Never had an issue. Don't know what to tell you.
