98 S90 Fog light installation help

HI, I'm trying to find out how to put in after market fog/driving lights in my s90. i seem to find a cord that is hang down from under my car and i don't know if that cord is just a random cord or the fog lights cord. I will posted pictures up of what it exactly looks like. Please help me!!!

Ok i found the cord for it. I had to do some wiring but it looks ballin
