I have a 1998 Volvo v70 wagon (non-turbo) and the a/c is not working. I was told that all i need is a freon charge, and i have everything i need to do it. all that i need now is to know where the low pressure port valve is to discharge the freon into. thank you.

If the freon is low it probably leaked. But try looking under the hood right side, behind the headlamp.
