Iwould like to share this with all who love Volvo. I believe many of you know this company-SAM Steffansson fro Gotenburg. I have been a client of this company for 3 years, bought a lot of items from them and suddenlly found out that they decieved me for all this time. The thing is that according to their sales condition on the English version of the website the prices exclude VAT 25% and seems everything is ok because acording to Sweden low the VAT should not be paid when shipping outside EU and I live i Russia.
But if suddenly go on the Swedish version of the website it comes that the same prices INCLUDE VAT25%!
So if you speak Swedish- VAT INCLUDED, if English-VAT EXCLUDED. It means if you are in EU you will pay the price from the website and SAM will pay VAT to the state. But if you are in Russia, USA, Canada etc you will pay the same price but those 25% will stay at SAM.
Below are documents proving my words-my last confirmation of the order and faktura for the same order. Compare the price for the item. SEK662.40 in confirmation, SEK 828 in factura.
Maybe smb will advice me smth, SAM decieved me for more than USD1000 and they answer that this is because they sell items to me at EXPORT PRICE but there is not a single word on the website about some special export prices!
Maybe I should send this information to Swedish Tax Agency, please advice some link to that!
