blinker 97-960

Hi, I'm new to forum, I have 97-960, the left blinker light on dash and rear light stay on when I have lights on, the right blinker works and flashers work, dealer said it could be the turn signal switch or hazard relay. Any ideas, if it is the relay does anyone know where it is located?
