Hey everyone, my 2000 volvo s40 2.0t is acting up. Whenever i drive it without letting it sit and warm up for atleast 5-10 minutes, it starts jumping whenever im stopped at the lights. It 'feels' like the brakes are pulsing, or imagine that you are pumping the brakes while stopped already. another way to describe it is if youre in a manual , you have your foot on the brakes and drop the clutch... except it doesnt stall and im driving an automatic. It also happens much more regularly if i turn on the air conditioning after i first start the car. its really odd and annoying! the thing that makes me think maybe its the battery is because when i first start the car the headlights flicker really badly, especially when the brakes are applied. Something else happened (but only once or twice so far) the interior fan turns off and on a few times... any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
