This morning i drove with the sensor unhooked from the airbox by accident (wasn't reconnected when cleaning airbox) so this morning I had a check engine light and didn't realize why until my fiance checked my engine and reconnected the sensor in question. Do I need to find someone with a scanner (or go to AutoZone) to see if I can have the code cleared manually.... or will the CEL go away on it's own after the car logged some more miles with the sensor connected correctly?

I would drive the car for about a tank of gas and see if it doesn't go off on it's own. I've had some similar things happen and for me it went off after it seemed about the distance of a tank of gas. If that doesn't work you can always resort to getting the code cleared.
