I traded for this one. It has a rebuilt motor and she purrs.
Today we sanded the top, it took all day and ended up being a chore. We have no garage and are trying to keep it from being takn over by rust.
We have extra grills and loouvers, so anyone that might want to do some parts trading , please leyt me know. Wahington state is where we are. We need a windshield in good shape.
Does anyone know where to find the dual carb air cleaners? Trades?

Congrats on the engine rebuild. I just got my 73 p1800 es wagon running and started some sanding myself. If I can answer any questions regarding rust problems let me know. Good luck with your 65. It's a great car

air filters

Do you have the old filters? It's possible to redesign/ rejuvenate them by removing the old paper fabric and substituting layers of long-filament polyester batting from a fabric store. Spray light oil on the polyester. Wash, dry, oil and reinstall periodically. Can describe more fully if you want.

Never use any old filters. It can get more messy.
