I turned to the therapist. He explained to me that if chemical depression, then you need pills. If there is a reason, then you need to look for it and talk to a specialist. We decided to try the pills for now, nothing happened in my life like this. What then to take?

I also had this problem. I started by explaining my depressions and tears, but I was embarrassed that yesterday’s causes of tears and depression didn’t bother me at all today, but today I find completely different reasons and cry, I started taking Valium, and everything seemed to improve my contacts. More than two weeks already and I do not find the reasons. Well, okay, I'll find out with the doctor.

You said it seems that only two days you take pills. Wait a few more days, and if sleep still does not improve, then consult with your doctor. It seems to me that 2 days is not entirely indicative of a long-term drug.

If the doctor didn't tell you how antidepressants should act on you, then you can read more about it on Canada Drugs, on this portal you will also find a description of side effects, if you think that these pills don't work for you, then you you need to talk with your doctor, maybe he can find a more effective medicine. I'm sure that depression should be treated, because this disease completely depletes the body and has a bad effect on overall health.
