The Carfax shows Engine/Powertrain Computer Module Reprogrammed 3 times and Engine/Powertrain Computer Module checked 2 times. This is a New York vehicle.

One owner, otherwise a very clean Carfax

Are these signs of something wrong? Or just typical service?

Could indicate either, but seems like a lot for a 2007. Can the owner provide records on what the outcome was? Can the dealer pull the VIN of the Volvo and tell you anything?
