Alright, well I have always wondered if my fuel gauge was lying to me or not...and this morning when I filled up seemed to close the case that it is. I was told that I have around a 15 gallon tank on my 1987 760 GLE V6, which when I usually fill up it is around there give or take for the gas that remains within the tank. But I was on the beginning of the red zone in my gauge when I started my car up this morning to go to the gas station to fill up. But when the gas pump stopped, I looked at the pump and it had given me 10.32 gallons.. which brings up my question. Does anyone have a for sure answer to how big my tank is and what my mileage should be?

15.8 gallons and I believe the mpg was around 17 mpg average.
