I just got quoted $720 for replacing both headlight assemblies in my 2000 S40. That is the total for the two and includes all the labor. This is for brand new parts but not made by Volvo. He said if I used Volvo parts it would be much more expensive and he has had good luck with this company. Is $720 a reasonable price?

My opinion is that is very exspensive. You can purchse headlight assy @ $112.00 per assy from RockAutoor you cansearch your local auto salvage and get them even cheaper.
