Hello from the newbie and advice needed!
Hi all,
Having being given a lovely 1987 340 DL a few months ago I am now completely sold on volvo! It has been an absolutely brilliant car and only this week flew through its MOT without a problem.
I am now looking at a nice 1989 740 GLE Estate and would like some advice from fellow enthusiasts about this model. It has 4 speed with overdrive which I have never heard of and wondered if there were any pitfalls with this? Is the overdrive like the 5th gear?
Any other things I should be aware of with this model?
