Hi Volvo-Friends out there!

The GDR Museum Berlin needs your help! Our museum owns a Volvo 264 TE, which was built in 1982 and has been delivered to the government of the former GDR. Unfortunately, its interior has not survived the attendance records of the last years unscathed - parts got damaged or were even taken away. Of course we want to repair the car very soon and therefore we are searching for the complete Volvo 264 TE interior or at least parts of it. If you would like to have a look at our Volvo and its interior, please visit this page:

Sadly, we have not been successful so far. Even SKANDIX does not provide suitable parts for our Volvo 264 TE! Thus, we appreciate every offer of help in order to obtain the badly needed parts. And don't be afraid: From now on the car's interior will be inaccessible for visitors.

There still is another problem concerning the Volvo's motor; due to fire safety regulations we had to remove it and want to sell the B28E motor including the automatic gearbox, the cardan and also the exhaust system. Does anyone have an idea how much such a motor is?

Thank you very, very much!
Marcel from the GDR Museum Berlin
