recently bought a 1984 240 dl this car only has 78000 miles on it but has set for several years got it running but it idles up and down when cold and when it warms up it has very poor throttle response just bogs down new tune up and all vacumn hoses have been replaced have never worked on a volvo before so any help will be appreciated. thanks
