I'd like to replace the PCV oil separator diaphragm membrane on my 2008 XC90 (trying that first rather than replacing entire unit) but I am not smart enough to remove the cap (red arrow in first photo). I am able to turn the cap left and right a few degrees before it stops and won't turn anymore and I don't want to force it. The second photo I found shows that the cap does come off. Can someone please give me some guidance?
