Hi,

My name is Ed. I recently purchased a 97 850 two weeks ago. This is my first import. I love the car. I don't know why I waited so long to get one.
I do need some help being unfamilar with volvo. Where can I find a diagram of the transmission. It appears that it is leaking out of the passenger side by the axle. My local dealership is useless. I need to know where any possible seals might be. And also is this a common problem with this model. Any help would be very appreciated.

Are you looking for an exploded view of the transmission? There are quite a number of seals, not sure if that is going to tell you where the leak is.

I need the exploded view for future reference. I determined that my leak is coming from my passenger axle. I was unable to get a good view underneath until recently. And I was not sure if there a inspection plate near there.
Would you be able to send me the link for the exploded view of the trans?
