Hi every Body

I have Volvo S40 03 every thing in the car is Ok,

but yesterday I try to start it the key in the Ignition stop moving in the phase I only and cant move to Phase II to start the car

any suggestion????

I try to remove battery cable for a while, use the second key, still stopped
